renewed or changed your membership
through the IEEE website at
www.ieee.org, it will take 12
hours before your membership will be
activated or updated and recognized
by the registration system.
All registrants must register
online. Information for payment by
check or wire transfer will be
provided at the end of the online
registration process. |

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received on or before 7 April 2017 will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD processing fee.
After 7 April 2017, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.
To request a cancellation, please email isgt@ieeepesreg.com with your written request. This is the only accepted method to submit a refund request.
There will be no refunds at any time for any reason on payments made by wire transfer.
Non-US Residents: To obtain a letter for visa purposes, you must register for the conference and pay in full. Then please make your request for a visa letter by email to isgt@ieeepesreg.com.
