2018 IEEE PES INNOVATIVE SMART GRID TECHNOLOGIES CONFERENCE - GENERAL INFORMATION

The ninth Conference on Innovative Smart Grid Technologies (ISGT 2018), sponsored by the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), will be held February 19 - 22, 2018 at the Washington Hilton in District of Columbia, USA.

The Conference will be a forum for the participants to discuss state-of-the-art innovations in smart grid technologies.

The Conference will feature special sessions and tutorials by international experts on smart grid applications. The ​conference theme, Transformation and Advancements for Grid Modernization will include an emphasis on advanced distribution management systems, the integration of distributed energy resources, the seams between distribution and bulk power operations, and the needed approaches for both planning and operations.
